Demographers project that North Texas will reach 10 million people sometime in the 2030s — surpassing Chicago to become America’s third-largest metro area. While all of this is very exciting, it’s absolutely no surprise to the agents of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty.

The numbers now prove what we’ve always known at our brokerage: North Texas is one terrific place to live.

The Dallas Morning News recently reported some eye-opening stats: Moves from California to Dallas-Fort Worth were up more than 19 percent in 2020, from 2019.
