Below is his letter of September 27, 2024.
FROM THE PRESIDENT'S P.O.V.
This isn’t a revelation, but I’ll declare it as a reminder: In business, there is nothing like having the right people on your team.
On the heels of my September 20 letter about our new director of global relocation and referral services, Janna Edgar, comes more great news: We have added another industry pro to our roster of leaders.
North Texas native Jason Bell has joined our brokerage as our new vice president of sales for our North office, in the booming Plano/Frisco area. Most recently, Jason, pictured here, managed a branch office of an established Dallas brokerage, leading the nearly 100 real estate advisors there to $280 million in sales in 2023 alone. Yes, Jason is known for getting the best out of people. His commitment to his advisors’ professional growth is clear. He fosters an environment of continuous learning and growth, which can significantly boost productivity and satisfaction. As a strategic leader, he emphasizes recruitment and retention and has been instrumental in enhancing market share. What’s more, Jason is a leader who believes in a positive, supportive office culture.
He fits in here. Our famously strong leadership team offers an uncommon level of support and expertise to our advisors, including sales development, marketing strategy, technology innovation, even legal counsel.
I hear it from those advisors every day about our leaders and our staff: We absolutely do have the right people on our team.
