FROM MY PERSPECTIVE
As the saying goes: The best never rest.
That absolutely applies to the agents and staff of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty. In one of the wildest markets in our brokerage’s six-decade history, they continue to zig, zag, adapt and excel — and raise that bar. The pandemic has thrown them every curve in the book, but it hasn’t thrown one of them off-course.
In fact, for 2020, our agents set a new record for our total transaction volume. In 60 years and counting, we’ve never sold, found, leased and facilitated more properties or deals for so many happy clients. Among our 400+ experts across North Texas, I’d like to shine a little light on the ones who had a year they will never forget.
Companywide, our top team is the Faisal Halum Group, with Faisal Halum, Bill Churchill and Jeanne Milligan. And, our top individuals, companywide, are Ann Shaw and Caroline Summers. All of these folks — who are also the top team and individuals at our Dallas office in Turtle Creek — had a 2020 for the history books.
