FROM THE PRESIDENT'S P.O.V.
You’ve heard the phrase: the clock is ticking.
As I write this, there are only six homes and two penthouses left at HALL Arts Residences, the game-changing superluxury high-rise in the Dallas Arts District.
We have been the exclusive brokerage for that glassy, gorgeous building since it opened. Our agents on the project, Cindi Caudle and Kyle Richards, have done a stellar job selling the homes there, which happen to come with every modern luxury, community amenities beyond compare and the most spectacular city and horizon views imaginable.

Cindi and Kyle will humbly tell you that the building sells itself. It is a stunner — 28 stories and only 49 homes. Two of those? Residence 2601, above, the full-floor Gallery Penthouse, with 14-foot ceilings, 12-foot pocket doors, a monumental living-room fireplace, a wine cellar and a library with its own fireplace. Residence 2801, the Sky Terrace Penthouse, below and top of story, comes with soaring ceilings, sculptural forms and the ultimate perk: a private swimming pool in the sky, augmented with an expansive terrace, outdoor kitchen, trellis-covered lounge area and firepit.

There is nothing like this building. Every home at HALL Arts Residences has walls of glass and superb finishes, and those amenities I mentioned include a rooftop putting green, a superb contemporary-art collection and the neighboring HALL Arts Hotel.
Yes, you can have vanilla-bean buttermilk pancakes or beef Wellington bites from ASTRA Kitchen + Lounge sent up to your home.
But not if you don’t act fast. Come see our listings at 1747 Leonard Street in Dallas at briggsfreeman.com. There are opportunities from $4,850,000. Make haste, though. “The clock is ticking” is about to become “I told you so.”
