FROM THE PRESIDENT'S P.O.V.
You’ve heard the phrase time is of the essence?
Have I got a prime example for you. There are only seven non-penthouse homes left at HALL Arts Residences, the game-changing superluxury high-rise in the Dallas Arts District.
We have been the exclusive brokerage for that glassy, gorgeous building since it opened. Our agents on the project, Cindi Caudle and Kyle Richards, have done a superb job selling the luxurious homes there, which come with the most spectacular city and horizon views imaginable.
Cindi and Kyle will humbly tell you that the building sells itself. It is a stunner — 28 stories and only 50 homes, including the three full-floor penthouses that are also available. Two of those will be revealed in time. The completed one, Residence 2601, called The Gallery Penthouse, is a striking, minimalist masterwork with direct elevator access, walls of glass, 14-foot ceilings, 12-foot pocket doors, two epic fireplaces, a wine cellar, a library and a plush primary suite, complete with spa bath and private terrace.
Every home at HALL Arts Residences has those walls of glass and superb finishes, and the building offers unique amenities that include a wine-focused dining room, a rooftop putting green, a superb collection of contemporary art and the neighboring HALL Arts Hotel. Yes, you can have vanilla-bean buttermilk pancakes or grilled lamb pops from Ellie’s restaurant sent up to your home.
But not if you don’t act fast. Drop me a line or come see our listings at 1747 Leonard Street in Dallas at briggsfreeman.com. There are opportunities from $4,850,000. Make a little haste. I wouldn’t want time is of the essence to turn into I told you so.
