Not Like the Others: Three Little Ads. Three Big Messages. One Standout Brokerage.

Appearing in regional publications and on social media, there is nothing typical about it. No photos. No soft-pedaling. Says real estate news website Candy’s Dirt, “It’s an unusual and refreshing campaign, with not a single home depicted — only words. And those words do some big talking.”

 

We’ve gathered all the copy from the ads, here. It does a succinct job of boiling down Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty to its essence — professional, capable, assured. “That’s confidence,” says Candy’s Dirt, “something that Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty can back up with its $2.4 billion in sales volume in 2024 alone, its 11th-consecutive year of multibillion-dollar sales.”

 

Below, the spring campaign that didn’t just raise some eyebrows — it leveled the playing field.

 

Ad #1 — We’re going nowhere.
