Gladys is amazing!! She really cares for her work and that is getting you into your home, she works very hard and covers all the bases. She knows her stuff!For me personally, I would not have my home without her. We went into the final hour with the lender, we had an inexperienced loan officer at Chase bank who almost cost us our contract and earnest money. Gladys contacted the manager of that individual, and was able to find a solution for our situation! She really fought for us through every stage. The seller gave us a few days extension, again, thanks to her communication with him, he was not willing to extend at first. So very thankful for her.We did not have to talk to the seller at all, she took care of everything and answered all my questions very quickly.She also gave excellent advice on areas that would be good, specific to our family. We are new to Texas and she found us a beautiful neighborhood with everything we need/wanted in the area and close to my husband's work.
