Christine and Pat Burke were phenomenal! First, they started with a complete packet of comparable properties selling in my neighborhood. They were very detail oriented so that we knew exactly what price to set on the sale of my home. Then, they had stagers come in to make sure that the property would look it best when it went on the market. That was very helpful because I was given detailed instructions on what exactly to do to optimize the sale and get top dollar. I got my first offer the second day after putting the home on the market and multiple offers after that! Christine answered all my questions regarding all thenoffers and deciding to accept the cash offer. Pat was instrumental and handling the details of the inspection report (it was a 50+ yr. old home) and went to bat for menwith the buyer’s rep. The Burke’s are a great team and I know I would not have gotten as much as I did on the sale without their representation. I will never use anyone else and recommend them to everyone!

Our real estate agent Pat Burke made selling my rental home such a wonderful experience. He went above and beyond and went to the property during the freeze to make sure the property is freeze guard and keeping me up to date on all showings. I would recommend Pat if you are looking for a real estate agent and I would without a doubt use him again for my other properties.

The dynamic duo of Patrick and Christine Burke are the best in the Dallas real estate biz. During our interview process of a few top realtors, they portrayed themselves as advisors not as salespeople, so that naturally put my wife's and my concerns at rest. Throughout the entire process of selling our home Patrick and Christine maintained fantastic communication educating us on all the potential positives and negatives of each deal point which made our home selling experience painless and enjoyable, not to mention at a higher price point for our neighborhood. My wife and I will absolutely use them again for any future endeavors and have already recommended them to our friends.

After getting five showings in 180 days with the previous agent, we had eight showings in 3 days with Patrick and Christine, and had a full price offer on the 3rd day. Since our first transaction with the Burke’s, we have done numerous deals together. Patrick's and Christine’s knowledge and attitude set them apart from others.
