I was looking for a townhouse to buy in Dallas and didn’t really know much about the area, including finding a realtor, but Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty, specifically Nora Kutob, came highly recommended and I completely understood why. She was very communicative, understood all of our needs, and answered every question or hesitation I had. Anytime I was interested in a place, she sent me all the information I needed, not even a day later - if not within the hour. Nora Kotb is absolutely the best. I can’t start talking about how knowledgeable and dedicated she is. My sale was complicated and I throw several challenges at her last minute. But she was able to get things done. She is a magician. Her advice and suggestions were very valuable and got us to sell at good price but also quickly. Just amazing!
