Nimesh made the whole process of finding a home SO much less stressful. With the market moving as quickly as it is, my fiancé and I were very anxious trying to find a home, but we were introduced to Nimesh through a friend who was also working with him, and we could not be happier. He was readily accessible by phone or text, would send us new listings every day or two, and went out of his way to drive through neighborhoods we were unfamiliar with to scout things like safety and how well kept the neighboring homes were. We had a fairly modest budget and weren’t sure if a realtor would be interested in working with us, but even though we knew he was quite busy with other clients, Nimesh made us feel as though we were his top priority. When we found the house we wanted, he even went above and beyond to put in a good word for us to the owner so our application would be accepted, and it was!
