Jenna is a sincere Realtor that had our best interest in mind when my wife and I were looking for our next home in Texas. We had strict ideas about what features our next house needed and were flexible on other items. Jenna worked tirelessly to match our needs with market availability. Frankly it was not an easy process due to our specific needs, but she was a trooper who came through to the end. After several visits to target listings, my wife and I found a house we loved. Jenna was instrumental during the negotiations and clearly communicated our terms with the seller. Ultimately we closed the deal solidly inside our budget and we were able to move our of our RV! Our realtor, Jenna, was incredible every step of the way! We would recommend her to anyone. We very much enjoyed working with her.
Our buyers agent was also with Briggs freeman however and she was incredibly unprofessional- she spoke poorly of us to the buyer and inspector and allowed them to do the same while in our house on camera. I was very shocked and disappointed in her behavior.

I have both bought and sold 9 homes in the last 30 years and have worked with multiple real estate agents over that time. JENNA Has been the absolute best real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with.. She went over, above and beyond in helping us sell our home in Krum. We had already relocated to ohio, so she assisted in making sure that the yard was taken care of and that the property was well maintained until we were able to get that final offer.
I cannot recommend her highly enough, as I have never worked with someone who was so attentive and willing to pitch in wherever it was needed to help in our absence. She was immediately responsive to any and all questions texts and phone calls, and I never felt like I was left hanging and waiting around for a response. She was relentless in getting things done for us.

We had an absolute amazing experience with our realtor Jenna Hyde. My husband and I were relocating to Texas from Ohio and Jenna went above and beyond to show us homes even though we were 1,000 miles away. She treated every home viewing as if it were her own, being our eyes and ears, she did video walk throughs, telling us what she loved about the house and what she didn't love. We loved her honesty!.
