Gina was extremely helpful in making suggestions to stage our home and tried hard to bring multiple realtors in to see our home. Once listed we received 3 offers, based on showings on day 1. She shepherded us through the entire process and then negotiated on our behalf with the builder rep on our new home. She even recommended contractors and landscapers, as well as decorating ideas! What more could we ask?!!! A true professional in every sense of the word!
