Nancy was wonderful and really knows what she is doing. I cannot say enough about her. She had Joe and me looking at houses before we sold ours even though she knew we were not going to put in an offer on a new home before we sold ours. By learning what we wanted, when we did get an offer on our old home, we were ready to write an offer on our new home the day it came on the market, which is TOTALLY out of character for our personalities. Also she is not just about making the sale. There was one house prior to the one bought that we put an offer on. The sellers were not willing to negotiate and wanted more than what Nancy determined was market value for the property. She told us that she would walk away from that house, which we did, and she would find us a better home, which she did!
