Katy was 100% professional at all times, patient with my asks, and knew when to be assertive in order to get my home sold as soon as possible, which I was able to do for 15% above my original asking price. Katy is absolutely the epitome of and gold standard for "above and beyond." We handed her the keys to our still furnished home in Dallas and moved abroad. Katy sold the house in 8 days and then coordinated the sale of all of our furniture and decor that was used for staging, coordinated handymen to make a few repairs, and had the house professionally cleaned. AND, not related to real estate at all, she offered to help us out with a few errands that needed to be taken care of in the states. I mean WOW!
