Our team members grew up all over the world - from Australia to Chicago, D.C. to L.A., Houston to Vermont, and right here in Fort Worth. Despite their vastly different upbringings, when they became adults, they each made the decision to plant roots in Fort Worth - the greatest place on earth! During their time here, they have become deeply connected to the local community, with various memberships (Colonial Country Club, Rivercrest Country Club, Fort Worth Boat Club...) and active involvement (Fort Worth Lecture Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, Jewel Charity Ball...) to name just a few.

Clay Brants co-ran Brants Realtors (which Clay's family established in 1926) until it joined forces with Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty in 2015, giving their agents a global platform as the premiere real estate advisors in Fort Worth - fitting, as the city's recent growth has garnered international attention. He has represented clients in sales ranging from luxury residences to waterfront homes, urban condos to horse ranches. He continues to work in a leadership capacity as leader of The Brants Group and head of the Land & Ranch West division.

Virginia Durham brings over 30 years of experience and extensive market knowledge to the team. She has worked with a wide range of clients, representing everyone from first-time homebuyers to sellers of high-end luxury properties. She speaks both English and French.

Caroline Parrish rounds out the team - as a real estate advisor, she is uniquely positioned to know how buyers and sellers think, and as the owner of a staging company, she ensures that the team's listings look their best in order to sell for the best price. She speaks both English and Spanish.
