He works hard to match his clients' needs with his expert knowledge of the real estate market. He works alongside wife Marilyn as a dynamic team with Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty. Terry graduated from Texas Tech with a BBA in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate and Insurance. He has held his real estate broker's license since 1974 and has been selling real estate since 2002. His expertise has consistently earned him Top Producer status, and he achieves multimillion dollar sales yearly. In 2011, Terry was awarded the Five Star Realtor Award as a top agent for customer service in the State of Texas by Texas Monthly magazine, marking the second time he has received this award. Terry enjoys spending time with his family and participating in many hobbies such as golf, fishing and baseball. He also enjoys volunteer work with several charities including Texas Scottish Rite Hospitals, United Way, Life Shelter of Arlington and Arlington Charities.
