Born and raised in the heart of Dallas, Ted Bangs offers an exceptional blend of local insight and professional expertise in his real estate practice. Growing up in Preston Hollow, Ted developed a deep appreciation for the distinctive neighborhoods and communities that define the DFW area. Today, his business focuses on greater North Dallas, including the Park Cities, Preston Hollow, the private school corridor, and Farmers Branch. Ted is a proud graduate of the Episcopal School of Dallas and earned his bachelor’s degree in Emerging Media and Communications from the University of Texas at Dallas. Before entering real estate, he built a successful career in product marketing and branding, leading creative teams to achieve sales goals and meet manufacturing timelines.

Licensed since 2017, Ted has served as MLS board chair for several North Dallas neighborhoods, including Highland Park, University Park, Preston Hollow, Midway Hollow, and Addison.

Community involvement is a priority for Ted. He currently serves on the alumni board at ESD and previously held a board position with the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas.

Outside of work, Ted enjoys golfing at the Dallas Athletic Club and spending time with his dog, Lenny. He’s passionate about the local food scene and loves sharing restaurant recommendations with friends and clients visiting from out of state. His other hobbies include photography, cooking, and playing the drums.
