This education enhances his skills in pricing properties, creating comparative market analyses, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values. He is determined to understand the needs of each client and make the entire process feel comfortable. When Shaun is not selling real estate, he is looking for his golf ball in the rough, trying to out-smart a trout in a Colorado stream, and spending time with his family.
