Having lived in Lake Highlands since 2014, her extensive knowledge of many of the most desirable schools in both the Richardson ISD and Dallas ISD helps parents confidently identify the best neighborhood options for their families. Sarah has deep expertise in Lakewood and East Dallas, and has represented numerous relocation clients throughout the DFW Metroplex— including rapidly growing communities like Rockwall, Frisco, Aubrey, and Little Elm.

Working alongside business partner Brian Davis, Sarah offers clients the advantage of an extensive professional network and a collaborative approach that combines strategic marketing, effective communication, and proven real estate expertise. Sarah remains committed to serving her community through her work on the board of the Texas Advocacy Project, supporting their mission to provide free legal services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and child abuse. Outside of real estate, Sarah enjoys international travel, cooking, discovering exceptional wines, calligraphy, and supporting the performing arts. She is a proud graduate of Indiana University. Alongside her husband, Keith, owner of KS Construction Group, she shares their home with two rescue long-haired Dachshunds.
