Knowledge and experience exemplify Paulette Blackwood Tate as a forty-year real estate veteran. A second-generation real estate professional, Paulette learned valuable lessons on knowing the housing market intimately, working closely with builders and developers, negotiating contracts, and serving her clients with excellence from her parents, Charlie and Velma Davidson, who owned a brokerage in Colleyville called Davidson Realtors. They closely trained many REALTORS® including her sister and herself. Paulette sold real estate with her family for many years in Colleyville, Southlake and surrounding areas. Paulette moved to Houston and met her husband, Art Tate, who works in the business with her. They have been selling real estate with Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty in Houston and they know that area well. Paulette raised four children in Colleyville and has since gained two stepchildren and has six grandchildren. It has always been Paulette’s dream to move home to Colleyville to be close to her two daughters and four of her grandchildren. Art and Paulette are fulfilling her dream as they recently bought a home in Colleyville that they are remodeling. Paulette enjoys gardening, walking in the community and fishing with Art, playing cards with family and friends, and spending time with her family.
