Patrick Murray was raised in North Eastern Oklahoma where he grew up working on his family's ranch. Patrick Murray was raised in North Eastern Oklahoma where he grew up working on his family's ranch. He spent many summers living in the bunkhouse with the cowboys and it was there that he developed a love for the land and the ranching heritage way of life. Knowing what he ultimately wanted to do with his career, Patrick attended Oklahoma State University where he received his bachelor's degree in Agriculture Economics and Accounting. After graduating from OSU, Patrick spent some time on a ranch in New Mexico training horses before continuing his education at the world-renowned, Ranch Management Program at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. Patrick will tell you that the Ranch Management Program was one of the best decisions he ever made and the amount of knowledge he gained and industry contracts he made from the program are priceless.

Upon graduating from TCU Patrick spent the next twelve years working in the agriculture financing industry where he specialized in financing cattle operating loans and real estate loans on large ranches. His experience and knowledge from these year allows him to provide a wealth of knowledge to his clients and make the process of purchasing a ranch as seamless as possible. Whether it be an income producing property, recreational retreat or just a family getaway, Patrick is capable of giving sound advice regarding the true value of a working ranch. Patrick has spent countless hours consulting with clients on ranch related issues involving cattle operations, range management and wildlife management just to name a few.

Along with being an agent with the Ranch and Land Division, Patrick works for the current President of the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association, Pete Bonds, at his ranch headquarters in Saginaw,Texas. Patrick assists the Bonds with managing their cattle inventory and overseeing their risk management strategies.

When not working, Patrick enjoys hanging out with his wife Deanna and their kids, Mackenzie and Adam. When time allows you can also find Patrick spending time in the outdoors hunting and fly fishing.
