A native Texan and resident of Dallas for over twenty years, Lezley is blessed with a keen eye for classic design and great vision to realize potential in properties and investment opportunities. Lezley has empathy, understanding and patience to discover the ideal property, and clearly understands no client is looking for a cookie-cutter home solution. She earned highest honors in Public Relations and Marketing from Texas Tech University before joining Yahoo where she was an award-winning sales executive. Lezley and her husband, Patrick, reside in the Park Cities where he grew up. Earlier they resided in the Devonshire and Preston Hollow areas, expanding her knowledge base of the Dallas area.

A lifelong resident of Dallas and current resident of University Park, Sylvia provides buyers and sellers extensive knowledge of several Dallas-area markets. With more than two decades of real estate experience, both commercial and residential, Sylvia has sharpened her negotiation and management skills to provide her clients excellent customer service and effective communication. As a multi-million-dollar producer year after year, Sylvia stays current on area market trends and can source off-market opportunities for her clients.

Her networking relationships with area agents keep her in close touch with area housing inventory and market knowledge. She has earned the Top Producer for her office and has been named one of the “Best Real Estate Agents in Dallas” by D Magazine. Sylvia graduated from Ursuline Academy in Dallas and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from Trinity University in San Antonio. She and her husband, a lifelong Park Cities resident, have two children in university.
