Real estate comes naturally to Molly Bailey. From a young age, she watched her grandfather develop, buy and sell property within the community. After attending the University of Texas and Baylor University, Molly and her husband began investing in real estate. Together, they have purchased dozens of properties from Dallas to Houston to the Texas Hill Country and have redesigned or remodeled several of them. Thirty years have passed since Molly became a licensed Texas real estate agent, during which she has utilized her innate talent for matching the perfect home or investment property to her family, friends and now clients. As a buyer's and seller's agent, Molly is known for her caring and supportive attitude and her management of details. This work ethic started early in her career as she became dedicated to being a member of the board of directors at her daughter's private school where she spearheaded a committee to fundraise for the school and educated the community on the school's contributions. Molly has been married to her husband, Jimmy Bailey, a Dallas attorney, for over forty years. Molly was instrumental in managing her husband's law firm for several years, where she sharpened her negotiation skills and furthered her knowledge in contracts while being sensitive to each client's interests and needs. Molly has a working understanding of multiple communities in Dallas from Uptown to the Park Cites and Preston Hollow to North Dallas and East Dallas and Rockwall/Heath. As Plano and Frisco have become a vital part of Dallas she has also developed expertise in these communities. It is Molly's pleasure to assist her clients in buying, selling or leasing a property - as life from Molly's perspective, "it is all about the home!"
