Leigh co-founded Oxford Street Partners with Cascade Hasson Sotheby’s International Realty in Southwest Washington — a practice that remains active today — and has since expanded operations to North Texas under Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty. Across both markets, Leigh has been responsible for more than $335 million in career sales volume spanning hundreds of transactions, with individual listings sold up to $3 million.
 
In Washington, the Oxford Street Partners team holds a RealTrends Top 150 Small Teams ranking in the state and has been named a finalist for Best of Clark County in both 2024 and 2026. In Texas, RealTrends recognized Leigh as a top individual producer in 2026, and Real Producers named Leigh among the Top 250 agents in North Dallas for 2025.
 
Since relocating to North Texas in 2022, Leigh has become deeply embedded in the communities of Celina, Prosper, Frisco, Plano, Sherman, Heath, and the surrounding areas. New construction is a particular area of focus — Leigh has guided many buyers through the build process from contract to close, and brings personal experience as well, having custom-built a home with a local builder.
