When it comes to describing Kimberly Shreve Adams, it is accurate to say that Texas real estate is in her blood. Raised in the oil fields of West Texas, Kim went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in business from Texas Tech University in Lubbock. She began her career as the credit manager for a large bank and then followed in her mother’s footsteps selling real estate for her family’s firm before taking her practice to Arlington, Texas. The Dallas-Fort Worth area has truly become her home. She has lived in Arlington and Colleyville where she raised her sons. One of her boys has entered the world of real estate brokerage after retiring as a Captain in the Army and her other son works as a manager in a private equity company. Kim was inducted into the Grand Prairie Hall of Fame for fundraising after leading thousands of volunteers in creating a large-scale playground project. She became intimately familiar with the ranching world while living in Decatur, working as a cattle rancher and showing young Longhorns at the annual Fort Worth Stock Show. She's involved with the popular Grand Entry of each Stock Show rodeo, all of this while running her own business in interior design. Kim now returns to the world of real estate and to the big city with her move to Grapevine. Based in the Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty Southlake office, she brings an expertise and awareness rare even among the most experienced. With her knowledge of ranching and interior design, Kim offers her clients far more than just real estate insight.
