Kandida Randall is a real estate advisor with Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty, serving buyers, sellers, and renters across Dallas-Fort Worth, with a strong focus on Tarrant County, including Hurst, Euless, Grapevine, and more. With more than five years of experience in the real estate industry, Kandida has helped dozens of families successfully buy, rent, and sell their homes throughout North Texas.

Having lived in several cities across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex—including Arlington, Denton, Dallas, Coppel and Grapevine—Kandida brings a valuable firsthand perspective on the unique neighborhoods, schools, and lifestyle options available across the region. She works with a wide range of clients, including first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, and empty-nesters, and is known for her approachable style and steady guidance throughout the real estate process.

Kandida prioritizes clear communication, thoughtful strategy, and careful attention to detail to ensure her clients feel informed and confident at every stage of their real estate journey. Her goal is to help each client make sound decisions that support both their immediate needs and long-term goals.

As part of the Elizabeth Bell Group, she is actively involved in the local business community through the group’s participation in the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce and serving as an Ambassador. They also support several charitable organizations across the area, including Hagar's Heart, GRACE, and local animal support organizations, reflecting their commitment to giving back to the community they proudly serve.

Outside of real estate, Kandida enjoys spending time with her husband of 12 years and their two beloved dogs, Frankie and Dino. She also dedicates time to her church and Women's Bible Study group. She is deeply grateful for the trust her clients place in her and is honored to help guide them through one of life’s most important decisions.
