Eric Skeen was born and raised in San Francisco, California. He grew up in North Beach and was fascinated by real estate at a young age when he watched his step-mother navigate the business as one of the first and few established female agents in the area. He’s lived in several areas of Dallas in the last seven years including University Park, M Streets, Oak Lawn and Uptown. Eric believes that real estate is more than just a business—it is a relationship. He is a proactive and creative professional with sales, marketing and management experience. After graduating from college, Eric worked as a healthcare recruiter and ran a start-up moving and storage company for college students where he was in charge of sales and recruiting. His primary focus has always been creating and maintaining relationships with his clients whether the business is healthcare, moving and storage or real estate. As a team player, he is capable of adapting and responding quickly to meet the needs of his clients. Eric is experienced and successful in team building and coaching—including creating and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships while staying focused on the process and the desired outcome. He is an SMU graduate with a degree in Markets and Culture with an emphasis in economics. As the former defensive captain for the SMU lacrosse team, he maintains his passion for the sport through his involvement in the DFW youth lacrosse community. In his free time he coaches at The Greenhill School. Eric lives in Uptown on the Katy Trail, where he enjoys running with his dog, Doug.
