Ellen Haynes joined the award-winning team at Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty as Commercial Real Estate Advisor following a twenty-five-year career in business development with premier health care organizations including Scottish Rite for Children, UT Southwestern Medical Center and the American Heart Association. Ellen honed her business acumen in banking and contributed to several consulting team projects in commercial real estate while obtaining her MBA from The University of Texas at Austin. Ellen gained valuable expertise in negotiation and sales, relationship building at all levels, project and team leadership, research and experience delivery in her previous development roles. Recently, she was an integral member of the leadership team tasked with marketing to and engaging support from key constituents during the construction and opening launch of a new patient care facility in Frisco. Noted for her integrity, diplomacy and perseverance, Ellen is committed to placing the client’s interests first to provide exceptional service, valued guidance and timely responsiveness to exceed expectations every time. As a native Dallasite whose clients include high-net-worth individuals, investors and corporations, Ellen’s network of leaders and influencers in Texas and beyond relies on her discretion, thorough attention to all details, and resilience to overcome obstacles and deliver optimal results. An alumna of The Hockaday School, Ellen is a former member of the Board of Trustees and has held volunteer leadership positions on the Alumnae Association Board of Directors. Ellen obtained her Bachelor of Arts from Duke University, a Master of Arts from Oberlin College and is a Certified Fund Raising Executive. She enjoys travel, art exhibitions, Peloton workouts and spending time with her family and friends.
