David Yanniello is a real estate advisor with Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty, specializing in residential real estate, luxury homes, and development opportunities across DFW, Argyle, and Bartonville. He works with buyers, sellers, and investors seeking thoughtful guidance and a deeper understanding of a property’s long-term potential.

Before entering real estate, David built his professional foundation in high-end residential construction, where he managed custom home projects requiring precision, coordination, and careful oversight. Working closely with municipalities, contractors, designers, and homeowners, he developed a strong understanding of construction quality, project timelines, and the many details that shape a successful home build.

Today, David brings that experience to the real estate process, offering clients a unique perspective on both the financial and structural aspects of a property. His background in construction and development helps clients evaluate homes with greater insight, identify renovation or redevelopment opportunities, and make informed decisions about value and long-term investment potential.

David works with luxury buyers, relocation clients, investors, and new construction buyers throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth market.
