Christopher Duncan is a seasoned commercial real estate professional known for delivering results across sales, leasing, and development. With nearly two decades of experience, he brings a performance-driven mindset and strategic insight to every transaction — from representing national brands to acquiring property for local entrepreneurs. His diverse client base spans a wide spectrum of users and investors, and he has consistently exceeded targets while enhancing asset performance for landlords and ownership groups. Christopher discovered his passion for commercial real estate while working in the valuation group at Cushman & Wakefield during college. There he contributed to the appraisal of some of the most iconic buildings in Downtown Dallas — including the first skyscraper ever built outside of New York, constructed on an air lease. That experience sparked his interest in the concept of “highest and best use,” which, while ultimately defined by the market, helped shape his view of real estate potential. Over time, he found that leasing, development, and urban planning represent the most fine-grained, real-world expressions of that idea — balancing market forces, spatial needs, and long-term value creation. Christopher’s career encompasses leasing, acquisitions, development, and urban design. In development, he gained firsthand experience in construction, site layout, and project financing. Later, in urban planning, he collaborated with city staff, elected officials, developers, and community stakeholders to shape the operating systems that guide how places grow and thrive. At a leading urban planning consultancy, he secured the largest contract in the firm’s history— tripling the company’s previous record — and assembled a team that included CallisonRTKL and a respected engineering firm. His work has supported award-winning projects recognized by the Congress for the New Urbanism (CNU), Urban Land Institute (ULI), AIA Dallas, the Greater Dallas Planning Council, the CLIDE Awards, and the Dallas Business Journal. Christopher holds a degree in Economics from Texas A&M University and is actively involved in ULI and CNU. He has worked internationally, blending real estate expertise with global mission efforts and social enterprise initiatives. A former Young Life volunteer and supporter of North Texas’ private school communities, he believes in investing in people as much as places. He and his wife live in North Dallas, where they enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, and loving the city they’ve grown up in.
