Caroline brings a rare dual perspective to Fort Worth real estate, blending the sharp strategy of a management consultant with the creative vision of a professional home stager. Through her design studio, Comfort Is Created, she transforms homes into inviting, editorial-style experiences that command attention in any market. As a member of The Brants Group, she pairs the team’s deep local expertise with her distinctly holistic skillset: home staging, lifestyle marketing, and narrative storytelling. Her approach is grounded in a strong strategic foundation: leveraging her early career in change management and strategic communications at Accenture, she equips clients to navigate the complexities of high-stakes real estate transactions with clarity and confidence. Though her career began in Dallas, visiting her sister at TCU and marrying a Fort Worth native naturally led her west. She and her husband, Charlie, bought a 1940s Crestwood cottage and truly made it their own, complete with a pink kitchen, sprawling pollinator garden, and menagerie of pets: Koda, a Bernese Mountain Dog; Milo, a tripod Great Pyrenees-Husky mix; and Sookie, a rescue cat named after the chef in Gilmore Girls. Deeply rooted in her community, Caroline advocates for affordable homeownership through Trinity Habitat for Humanity and champions local artists by curating the biannual Gallery Night pop-up exhibitions at Briggs Freeman. She leverages her engaged online audience to amplify these events, translating digital influence into real-world connection. She brings this powerful combination of curation and community to every transaction: by staging her listings with original works, she transforms homes into private galleries. This approach simultaneously elevates the property for sellers, gains exposure for artists, and helps buyers discover local talent for their new walls. Originally from Pasadena, California, Caroline experienced the warm embrace of Texas hospitality while attending Mays Business School at Texas A&M. Today, she extends that signature warmth to every client, guiding native Texans and recent transplants alike in both English and Spanish. Off the clock, you can find her tending to her wildflowers or curating inspiration to share with her Comfort Is Created community, exploring everything from local galleries and gardens to the city’s most charming neighborhoods.
