Caroline is a Fort Worth–based realtor and home stager who blends design and strategy to help people buy, sell, and invest with confidence. She empowers buyers to envision a house's potential to be home and maximizes value for sellers by creating inviting, memorable listings that stand out in any market.

A member of The Brants Group, Caroline combines her team’s decades of Fort Worth real estate experience with her own expertise in home staging, space planning, lifestyle marketing, and storytelling. Leveraging her early career in strategic communications and change management at Accenture, she equips clients to define and achieve their goals and seamlessly navigate complex decisions during seasons of transition.

After a long day helping others create their homes, Caroline finds refuge in her own — cooking in the kitchen she painted pink with her husband by her side and pets at her feet: Koda, a Bernese Mountain Dog; Milo, a tripod Great Pyrenees-Husky mix; and Sookie, a rescue cat named after the chef in Gilmore Girls. She reflects on life and shares home, garden, and lifestyle inspiration through her staging brand, Comfort Is Created.

Proud to call Fort Worth home, Caroline is committed to giving back to her community. She supports local artists by curating the biannual pop-up Gallery Night events at Briggs Freeman and advocates for greater access to affordable homeownership through Trinity Habitat for Humanity. She grew up in Pasadena, California before attending Mays Business School at Texas A&M, where the spirit of Texas hospitality made a lasting impression on her. She strives to extend that same warmth to fellow transplants — both English- and Spanish-speakers — as she now considers herself a longtime Texan (over a decade counts for something, right?)

Though she lived in Oak Lawn and Knox-Henderson in Dallas after college, weekends visiting her younger sister at TCU sparked her love for the City of Cowboys and Culture. After she married a Cowtown native, it was an easy decision to plant roots west of Dallas, both literally and figuratively: they bought a 1940s Crestwood cottage and grew a sprawling pollinator garden. When she's not watching butterflies or making wildflower bouquets, she delights in guiding people through Fort Worth's charming neighborhoods, vibrant art community, and diverse food scene.
