As both a REALTOR® and home stager, Caroline approaches every situation with attention to detail and an eye for design. On the sell-side, she is trained to stage and market homes to maximize buyer interest so her sellers can earn top dollar. On the buy-side, she takes a creative approach to house hunting with her unique position in the luxury market and background in technology. Using tools like 3D models and mood boards, she equips buyers to see spaces for what they can be without being limited by what they are now. Not stopping there, she can also assist in assembling crews to bring those ideas to life using the vast network of skilled craftsmen she has met throughout her career, and when she re-designed and renovated the 1940s Crestwood cottage she shares with her husband, Bernese Mountain Dog, and rescue cat.

Caroline started her career as a Management Consulting Analyst at Accenture, where she specialized in strategic communications and change management. Today, she leverages these skills to create a seamless process staging/selling and buying/designing homes. She is prepared to explain complicated subjects clearly and to effectively advocate for her clients, helping them manage change during seasons of transition with discretion, empathy, and grit.

She is fluent in both English and Spanish, and she finds great joy helping fellow transplants become comfortable in Texas. She is a fifth-generation Californian who has called Texas home her entire adult life. An avid football fan, she knew she wanted to attend college at a big sports school with a good business program. She chose Texas A&M, where she studied marketing, was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta, and led fundraising efforts for the largest one-day, student-run service project in the nation.

Today, Caroline serves on the Art Show Committee within Briggs Freeman, is an Ambassador for Trinity Habitat for Humanity, and is actively involved in her church. She lived in the Oak Lawn and Knox-Henderson neighborhoods in Dallas after college, but fell in love with Fort Worth visiting her younger sister at TCU. When she married a Fort Worth native, it was an easy decision for them to plant roots in what they believe is the greatest city in Texas! She enjoys writing about local restaurants, shops, neighborhoods and more on her blog, Comfort Is Created.
