After graduating from high school, Brian Edwards joined the United States Air Force. After an eight-year enlistment with the military, he decided to move into corporate America which ultimately led to a fourteen-year career with the financial investment firm of Charles Schwab and Co., Inc.

Brian tenaciously worked to quickly adapt to the fast-paced environment and obtained his series 7 and 63 trading licenses during his first year of employment. He earned his series 9 and 10 management licenses within the next year. During his time as a stockbroker, he enjoyed building relationships and encouraging new colleagues to learn. Through creating a large network of colleagues and volunteering to train newcomers as they entered the firm, Brian found his niche as a manager of Quality Assurance and Training within the Stock Plan Services department and managed three call centers located in Phoenix, Denver and Westlake, Texas. With this role, he was able to further develop his passion for creating relationships, encouraging others, and building confidence in newcomers by identifying their best traits and helping them to use these skills in customer service.

A keen eye for home improvement and “do it yourself” projects made Brian realize his strong interest in real estate and home investing. His favorite part is being able to meet his clients face-to-face and to help them achieve their dreams of owning their forever homes. Real estate has allowed him to utilize two of his top strengths: communication and positivity. A professional outlook of “there really isn’t any problem to be seen, but rather, only a solution to be found” is something in which he firmly believes. Paired with a drive for excellence in customer service and building great relationships, his goal is to make every real estate transaction as effortless as possible and become his clients’ “go-to” real estate advisor.

In his personal life, Brian is very passionate about cooking for his wife Jennifer and their two boys, Takoda and Tavi, as well as their friends. He is a self-proclaimed foodie and is an adventurous eater. He’s also an avid collector of bourbon as well as Converse Chuck Taylors. Other hobbies include woodworking and restoration of worn out/antique furniture which can be used in his and Jennifer’s home. He’s involved with his local church at Gateway NRH. When he’s not working on one of these projects, he and his family are enjoying new places, traveling, or sightseeing. “Taking the road less traveled” is his philosophy.
