Ben has been conducting international business in Europe and Asia since 2000. Based in China, he serves as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of International Business for the brokerage. Ben advises global investors on their capital allocations for US real estate investment with a particular focus on Texas and US gateway cities. In 2016, Ben led a team of elite co-authors penning a book entitled "Chinese Institutions' Definitive Guide to USA Commercial Real Estate" published entirely in Chinese. In 2004, Ben started a leather factory in China where he worked for eight years. This Texas-owned plant produced products for the White House, Neiman Marcus, and the Ritz Carlton. Ben hired and befriended several physically and mentally handicapped employees, and is passionate about using business to benefit the community. While living in China, Ben met his wife Jenny, and they now have three children. Prior to living in China, Ben worked in London for Dallas-based Electronic Data Systems UK. Ben received his bachelor's degree in computer science in 2000 from Wake Forest University and his MBA from Southern Methodist University in 2014. Ben currently serves as Chairman of the Board of his local church, Chairman of the Board of an anti-human trafficking NGO, and on the Advisory Board of a Xiamen international school.
