After a notable career as a real estate broker and appraiser, David Arvesen joined the Arvesen Real Estate Group to provide unparalleled market analysis for buyers and sellers. He uses his industry experience to help clients navigate Dallas’ dynamic real estate market. Upon graduating from Baylor University with a degree in Finance and working in the real estate title industry, David joined his father in operating a successful appraisal business in Dallas for many years and then worked for major commercial firms and bank. He previously held both the MAI and SRA designations in real estate valuation (commercial and residential) and uses his vast experience in real estate companies and banking to analyze pricing, value and potential for appreciation, as well as navigate the lending process.

Together, Malinda and David provide a unique, service-oriented approach for every buyer and seller. They utilize high-level marketing analysis and expertise to strategically price properties and offer “agent to meet” for most showings, open houses and tours. They have a well-curated network and resource list that makes the buying and selling process seamless as possible from start to finish.

Residents of the Park Cities, the Arvesens raised three children who graduated from Highland Park ISD schools. With family, friends and clients throughout the Metroplex, the Arvesens have deep roots in the very communities they serve. They are members of Northwest Bible Church and reside in Caruth Hills where Malinda previously served as a board member of the Caruth Hills Homeplace and Neighborhood Association. David is an avid cyclist, and Malinda swims on Pegasus Masters at SMU pool and also enjoys playing Mahjong. Both enjoy gatherings with their family, Community Bible Study leadership, music, art, and sport events.
