A native Texan and graduate of Texas Tech University, Alli has lived in Barcelona, New York, and Los Angeles, building a far-reaching global network and a deep appreciation for connection, design, and high-level service. In 2020, Alli joined her mother and business partner, Cindi Caudle, at Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty to form the Caudle Bush Group. Together, they have become one of Dallas's top-producing teams, earning recognition from D Magazine’s “D Best” every year since. Additionally, Alli was the recipient of the Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty Rising Star Award. She has also served as one of the brokerage's Ambassadors, who meet quarterly with company leadership to focus on effective communication. She and her husband, Andy Bush, enjoy Katy Trail walks through their beloved Knox neighborhood, traveling the world, and entertaining at home with their Australian Shepherd, Buddy.
