Superstar architect Philippe Starck has revolutionized the design world with his unique blend of elegance and irreverence — seen in his buildings, furnishings and products — and it is on full display here at The House. Created in partnership with design-and-development firm Yoo, this is the only Starck-designed high-rise in the Southwest. Spectacular views of downtown, the Arts District and Dallas’ two Calatrava bridges are elemental here, as is the fifth-floor veranda with its elongated saltwater pool, cabanas, hot tub and fireplace. The building is walkable to everything Victory Park has to offer, including concerts and sports games at American Airlines Center.
