Hannah Bradley
Global Real Estate Advisor
Hannah's knowledge of North Collin County is both professional and personal. She lives in Light Farms in Celina, zoned to Prosper ISD, and has firsthand experience with the schools, communities and lifestyle that draw families to the area. She closely follows new residential and commercial development, planned zoning changes, school boundaries and feeder patterns, and infrastructure improvements throughout the region. Her new-construction experience includes communities such as Light Farms, Mustang Lakes and Cambridge Crossing, as well as working with a wide range of builders across many other communities in North Collin County and surrounding areas.
Known for her thoroughness, organization, responsiveness and calm, solution-oriented approach, Hannah believes the foundation of effective representation is understanding and protecting her clients’ interests while delivering unmatched service along the way. She personally manages every transaction from beginning to end and remains her clients' direct point of contact throughout the process. She regularly previews homes before showing them, particularly for relocating or time-conscious buyers, and approaches each property with a critical eye toward fit, value and opportunity. Her background in digital and social media marketing also informs a strategic approach to property and listing presentation, including photography, video, and targeted digital exposure.
Before entering real estate, Hannah spent seven years at The Marketing Arm, a prominent Dallas marketing agency, where she worked in account management and ultimately served as a senior account executive for clients primarily in the retail and restaurant industries. She earned degrees in Business Marketing, Psychology and Critical Thought and Inquiry from William Jewell College in Kansas City, where she also played volleyball. Today, she lives in Celina with her husband, Rolla, their three young children and their mini Goldendoodle, Lily. She is involved in her daughters’ school and extracurricular activities and is also active in her Celina church community. In her spare time, Hannah enjoys anything and everything with family, attending her children’s activities, traveling, being outdoors, cooking, testing out new hot spots across town, and a nice glass of wine!
For Hannah, real estate is ultimately about making important decisions feel more manageable while protecting the interests of the people making them. She prides herself on an exceptional customer experience from start to finish, handling the details crucial to ensure a smooth transaction and even smoother transition. She treats her clients like family and values the relationships she builds. Her clients can expect thoughtful guidance, clear communication and careful attention to the details that shape a successful move.
