As a multi-generation Texan, I am fortunate to know Dallas neighborhoods exceptionally well. I grew up in Highland Park and Bluffview, attended Armstrong Elementary, Highland Park Middle School, graduated from Hockaday and attended college in Washington, D.C. and at the University of Texas. I have maintained a close network with these friends and contacts, and my clients value my expertise regarding the neighborhoods, homes and trends that make up these popular communities.

I'm happy to say that many of these clients come back to me year after year and often refer me to their friends and family. I consider their commitment to me the best measure of my success. I am privileged to help with their real estate needs through the many changes and phases of life.

I love finding that "right" house for my buyers and providing personal attention to my sellers. It is the highpoint of a business that is much more about relationships than transactions. It is a joy to see happy homeowners-no matter what the price point. I am committed to knowing what is happening in the first-time buyer's market, move-up and upper market niche, which allows me to have up-to-the-minute understanding of the entire area and knowledge about many properties before they hit the market.

As a member of the President's Circle at Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty, I have continually been a top tier producer--The Ryan Team was Number One in 2004, 2005, and 2006. I was selected as a Power Broker by D Magazine, a one-time only award given in 2003, and I was voted Best Realtor by D Magazine from 2003 through 2011. I also am a founding member of the exclusive Masters of Residential Real Estate, which is made up of the top 1% of Dallas Realtors. Membership in The Network Council and The Ambassadors real estate networking groups, also allows me to keep my finger on the pulse of Dallas' dynamic real estate market.

I am a lifelong member of this community with real estate in my blood. My mother, Ruth Allen, worked for company founder Ben Briggs. I am passionate about mentoring new agents as they strive to reach the highest professional goals. I also have tutored at O. M. Roberts School in South Dallas for five years, and I am involved in Mission Outreach and have been on several mission trips. I believe in giving back to our community through the children.

With over 25 years of experience at Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty, I have gained tremendous knowledge in the Highland Park, University Park, Bluffview and Preston Hollow neighborhoods. I have the ability to find properties not on the market for buyers with specific criteria. I think outside of the box in marketing homes to get the best results.
