Richard Harper’s mission is to leverage his passion, marketing experience, and real estate knowledge to sell or buy a home for the greatest value in the least amount of time for his clients.  He understands that selling or buying a home is more than a business transaction for most people—it is a life event. His role is to deliver a luxury experience, making the process as simple and worry-free as possible. 

A native Texan and long-time Dallas resident, his honest, straightforward, hands-on approach is both refreshing and effective, with services extending well beyond the closing table.  An engineer by trade and longtime business owner, Richard has over 40 years of experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.  An avid do-it-yourselfer with an eye for quality and precision, Richard has worked in all facets of construction, building, and remodeling numerous homes in the area. This background makes him extremely effective at navigating the complexities of purchasing a home or preparing one for marketing and sale.  In addition to his experience,  Richard has been awarded with the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation recognizing his multidisciplinary Realtor know-how.

A devoted car enthusiast, Richard enjoys automotive restoration, metalworking and planning the acquisition of the next tool for his garage. He lives in the M Streets, a neighborhood he loves, and can often be spotted with his dog, Cosmo, in his red 1966 Mustang. He’s currently married to his best friend, Michelle, and their dog, Chance, is an important part of their family.
