Mary Ann Chapel follows a "listen, learn, then lead" approach to personalize real estate services for each of her clients. A patient, empathetic listener, she first focuses on understanding the homebuyer's lifestyle needs and desires and the seller's emotional connection to and expectations of a sale. Next, using her knowledge of Dallas neighborhoods and her numerous network resources to find the home solution that best matches her client's vision; she guides her clients through the real estate process.

An active member of Preservation Dallas, Mary Ann is fascinated by architectural design and interior spaces and offers a discerning eye for quality features and spatial potential for repurposing rooms. She also has an appreciation for Dallas' diverse and unique neighborhoods and enjoys thoroughly researching properties for her clients. Her familiarity with the history and homes in Dallas, Bluffview, East Dallas, Highland Park, University Park, and Greenway Parks as well as her knowledge of the Greater Dallas area is an asset for homebuyers and sellers.

Mary Ann gained her listening, leadership, and sales skills through her experience as a former educator and a pharmaceutical sales representative as well as her community involvement activities. Her volunteer service includes: Coordinator of the Highland Park Presbyterian Church Adopt-a-School Ministry, Steering Committee member for Project S.O.A.R. with Serve West Dallas, La Fiesta de las Seis Banderas, National Charity League, Perot Museum, and Operation Kindness. Mary Ann received her BA in Education from Abilene Christian University, where she majored in Psychology and had a minor in English.

MaryAnn joined the Ryan Real Estate Group with Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty in May of 2016.
