For nineteen years, Layne has been a key component of The Eleazer Group, a Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty Top Producing Team. The Eleazer Group has been named Top Team Producer for Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty for multiple years. In addition, Layne was voted Best Realtor and Top Volume Producer by D magazine from 2008 through 2019.

Layne’s approach to the industry has made these extraordinary results possible. “I love a good challenge,” she says. “Real estate is just that, and when I find my clients a home that is perfect for them, I feel I have met that challenge.”

As a Dallas native and a graduate of Park Cities schools, Layne is personally connected to and knowledgeable about Dallas’s most prestigious neighborhoods. She is a graduate of University of Texas at Austin, where she earned a dual degree in business and Spanish. Her role as a wife and mother to two children also plays a part in her career. “My family gives me great understanding for the needs of growing families,” she says.

This caring outlook extends into everything she does. Naturally invested in this city and its people, she makes time amidst business and family responsibilities to serve organizations she feels passionate about including the Crystal Charity Ball, which helps raise funds for children’s charities in Dallas County, Genesis Women’s Shelter, The Family Place and Children’s Medical Center/Women’s Auxiliary.

Layne is grateful for the profound connections she has made throughout Dallas and recognizes every opportunity to bring her clients the best. Since joining the group founded by her mother, Joan Eleazer, Layne has put her education, experience and knowledge to work for her clients – clients who quickly become friends.
