Jennifer Blackwood Edwards is Vice President of Sales at Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty, a Texas-licensed real estate broker, and a trusted leader within the Dallas–Fort Worth real estate community. She oversees the Southlake, Fort Worth, and Fort Worth West offices, including Parker County. With more than 15 years of experience and deep roots as a third-generation real estate professional, Jennifer brings both perspective and purpose to her work.

Jennifer actively represents buyers and sellers alongside her husband, Brian Edwards, guiding clients through important real estate decisions with clarity, market insight, and care. At the same time, her primary focus is leading and developing people. She oversees and coaches more than 350 advisors across the Dallas–Fort Worth area, working closely with agents to build strong business foundations, implement effective systems, and create exceptional client experiences.

Her leadership philosophy is grounded in integrity, authenticity, and education. Jennifer specializes in supporting agents who have achieved success but want more—greater clarity, sustained momentum, stronger systems, improved profitability, and a healthier balance between business and life. She is a company-wide trainer with a particular focus on listing strategy, pricing conversations, building relationship- and service-based businesses, and Ninja Selling principles.

Jennifer’s leadership is also shaped by her faith and deep commitment to service. She is actively involved in her church and believes strong leadership begins with humility, purpose, and caring well for people. This foundation informs how she shows up for clients, agents, and her community—seeking to lead with wisdom, compassion, and consistency.

Before entering real estate, Jennifer worked in nonprofit organizations and lived abroad in Thailand, traveling and working across multiple countries with a primary focus on Asia. These experiences shaped her understanding of people, cultures, and service, and they continue to influence her leadership today. She is passionate about mentoring emerging leaders, supporting personal growth, and helping others become the best version of themselves—professionally and personally. Jennifer has been named to Fort Worth, Inc.’s Most Influential People in Real Estate list for three consecutive years.

Jennifer is married to Brian, and together they are raising two teenage boys. A former collegiate volleyball player, she remains deeply connected to sports and currently coaches youth volleyball in Colleyville. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, staying active, and creating meaningful experiences with her family.
