Christina Paulus was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. She graduated from Southern Methodist University, where she studied fashion and advertising and played on the D1 tennis team.

After graduation, Christina worked in marketing and sales in New York City for the luxury brand Valentino and jewelry designer Ranjana Khan. The Covid-19 pandemic led her to new ventures in Palm Springs, California, where she took an intensive course on market analysis at Sotheby’s Institute of Art and worked closely with interior designer and midcentury modernist Christopher Kennedy. After going to numerous open houses and admiring the desert’s historical homes and architecture, Christina realized how her experiences, network and expertise could help her excel in the world of real estate. She relishes the idea of helping clients with one of the most significant investments — and moments —of their lives.

Christina feels that real estate represents a fusion of her many passions: style, interior design, art, and community. This mindset, coupled with her marketing and design knowledge, allows Christina to provide clients with an elevated experience. Her dedication to excellence, discipline and growth led her to join Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty as a Global Real Estate Advisor. A Fort Worth native and current Dallas resident, Christina is excited to share her favorite parts of the DFW Metroplex with clients.

As an international traveler, she loves experiencing new cultures and immersing herself in the local customs and traditions of the different destinations she visits. Thanks to her Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty network, Christina can use her personal and professional experiences to assist clients with their real estate needs, both locally and abroad.

In her free time, Christina enjoys playing tennis, golfing, traveling, trying new food and walking the Katy Trail or the Trinity River Trails. She is a member of the Fort Worth Country Day Alumni Association, The Woman’s Club of Fort Worth, the Kimbell Art Museum and Pi Beta Phi Alumnae Club, the Neythri Networking Community and is the community manager of the London-based Museum of Contemporary Digital Art.

Christina recently launched The Twelve Ten, a digital marketing platform focused on personalized fashion and lifestyle discovery. She plans to connect with like-minded creatives through community events and intimate gatherings in 2023.
