Allison Smith began her career in real estate in 2006 on the beaches of the Emerald Coast in Destin, Florida. She worked for luxury developers including Destin’s Legendary Realty and Miami based Turnberry & Associates. For her, this occupation is the perfect mix of business and excitement. Being able to help people with what is likely the biggest financial decision of their lives is very fulfilling and humbling.


Her fascination with real estate began at an early age. Her grandmother owned a prominent real estate brokerage in Austin, Texas and her father and grandfather were both luxury home builders and industrial real estate developers in the DFW Metroplex. Their integrity, work ethic and dedication inspired Allison to follow in their footsteps.


As a graduate of Highland Park High School, she is a native Dallasite and has a vast knowledge of the DFW area. Allison believes that her job extends beyond transactions as she feels that building a long-lasting professional relationship with her clients is also an important and rewarding part of her career.


Allison is a graduate of the University of Kansas. She enjoys swimming, traveling, hiking, volunteering, and spending time with her family and friends. She currently lives near Lakewood and the M streets.
