Having worked for some of the world’s top luxury brands — Dior, WME & Sunset Tower Hotel — Alli draws from her diverse professional repertoire in PR, film, psychology and event production to deliver an exquisite experience for her clients as she guides them home.

Alli is a native Texan and a graduate of Texas Tech University; she’s lived in Barcelona, New York and Los Angeles, and loves connecting people and places, as she’s built a vast high-profile network across the globe.

Alli joined Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty with her mother and partner, Cindi Caudle, in 2020 — and has since established herself as one of Dallas’s Top Producers, having closed over $20 million in transactions each year, as well as the recipient of the BFSIR Rising Star Award 2021 , and D Magazine’s D Best 2021 .

Alli is also the co-author of a children’s book, Cinnamon Goes Over the Edge, a certified wellness coach and guide, producer + host of the Welcome Home podcast, and a dog-mom of an Australian Shepard named Buddy.
