A Private Exclusive listing is a property that can be shared by a Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty agent directly with their colleagues and their buyers — but that isn’t visible on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Property details aren’t shared widely and also won’t appear on public home-search websites.
Why Private Exclusive?
Listing your home as a Private Exclusive allows you to control what information is shared about your home. We encourage our sellers to allow us to market their properties via the MLS, to ensure maximum exposure to agents and buyers (an approach that can result in the highest price in the shortest amount of time), but we fully understand that privacy may be paramount.
· New job or relocation · Life changes: marriage, divorce, etc. · Evolving financial circumstances · Valuable belongings: art, furniture, etc. · Health concerns · Reluctance to holding open houses
What to expect
Discretion: Your privacy is a precious commodity. We work to guard it. Flexibility: You decide when to share details about your home. Quality: Retain exposure to our expert agents, including premium placement on our agent-facing platforms. Value: Get the best offer by testing the market privately, without your listing being overlooked after potentially too much time on the MLS.
As always, ask your Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty agent for advice and how a Private Exclusive listing could work for you.
