All activities are scheduled with the Foreman as well as any reservations for accommodations.

If fishing is the plan for the day, you can enjoy the 3 primary lakes (18, 5, & 2 acres) that are stocked with blue gill and bass ready for the fight. Don’t forget to enjoy the “Cowboy Pool,” a converted stone stock tank under a windmill by the lake. If it is the season for white-tail, you have use 1 of 13 two-person rifle blinds or 3 bow blinds scattered across approximately half of the Ranch in the designated hunting areas. Hogs can also be hunted by schedule with the Foreman.
Wildlife is plentiful beyond white-tailed deer with turkey, dove, and quail. The Ranch at certain times in season, organizes “canned quail hunts” with a professional guide that can be scheduled ‘a la carte by owners. You could also spot the occasional eagle, hawk, or a myriad of bird species as well as the occasional bobcat and mountain lion.
The Ranch is governed by the Bosque Canyon Ranch Association, a nonprofit entity that oversees the operations and personnel of the Ranch. They also work closely with the North American Land Trust and the US Fish & Wildlife Department to monitor the Conservation Easement of the Ranch, which will insure the natural condition of the Ranch in perpetuity.
