A graduate of the University of Michigan, Milt grew up on a small family farm in Davison, Michigan. He was the oldest of five children and the first one in his large extended family to graduate from college. He became a licensed realtor at the age of 18 in order to help pay his way through college. In the early 1980s, he moved to Florida and went to work for a developer. Quickly moving up the corporate ranks, Milt started residential brokerage, title, and mortgage companies and was promoted to chief administrative officer of one of the largest residential developers in Florida at the age of 35.
In 2005, Milt was named president of Lakewood Ranch, the second largest residential development in the United States located in Sarasota, Florida. He was appointed the chief operating officer of the highest end, gated golf course community in Naples, Florida in 2011. During the last ten years, Milt has listed and sold well over a billion dollars of real estate. His customers have included CEOs from Fortune 100 companies, professional golfers, and major league baseball players. Milt’s 24-hour availability, his high level of service and positive attitude make buying or selling a home a positive experience.
Milt recently relocated to the Dallas area with his wife of thirty years to be near his sons and new granddaughter.
