How to earn rave reviews
Please forgive me, but I need to brag.
For years now, at the end of every home purchase or sale with us, we’ve been asking our clients how everything went. What drew them to work with us? How was the whole experience? What could we have done better?
We used to send a notecard, stamped and ready to send back to us, asking for the whole story, but now we do our surveying online. Boy, has that brought on a deluge of comments. We’re getting more reaction than ever — and I am proud to say that it is overwhelmingly, thrillingly positive.
Almost every client mentions the knowledge, skill and determination of their Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty agent. We pride ourselves on that. Another frequent comment is the innate ability of our agents to keep everybody calm during what can be a wild but nerve-racking buying or selling adventure. That’s another hallmark.
And, then, there are the telling moments, big and small. I’m going to share some recent ones, directly from our clients.
