Real Estate Agent
Wayne Noble was raised in Ogden, Utah and attended the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. After finishing college, Wayne spent four years at Alpine Electronics of America before moving into a career with long-term potential at AT&T as an account manager in Salt Lake City.

Wayne was promoted to a technical manager position and was transferred to Denver, Colorado where he and his family resided for the next ten years. In 2013, Wayne relocated to the vibrant North Texas community of Frisco. His dream of owning a home in the historic Swiss Avenue district led him south. Wayne utilized his extensive knowledge of architecture and construction to restore a beautiful home and open it up to others as part of various community fundraisers including Friends of Aldredge House and the Swiss Avenue Historic District.

Wayne spent nearly twenty-five years with AT&T managing sales teams in the United States as well as fostering relationships with large global clients around the world. His strong relationship skills and his love of architecture led him to his second chapter—residential real estate.

As a buyer and seller of many homes himself, he understands the importance of being heard. His promise to listen to the needs of his clients is essential in finding the right home. He also knows that finding a home is more than simply finding a house. Wayne understands that a neighborhood which supports the buyers’ interests is also key. “Whether a client is looking for a home near schools, museums, sporting events, dog parks, walking trails or an 18-hole golf course, an agent has to ask the right questions. In other words, you have to get to know your client in order to serve them well.”

“I am happy to be a part of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty and know that my success is dependent entirely on my clients’ satisfaction.”
